I only drink Decaf these days, with about 10% caffeine coffee added.  The Decaf Castro Breakfast blend is a sweet, slightly smoky and appealing blend. It does not acidify sitting in the pot for a few hours, and leaves a pleasant aftertaste.  Highly recommend.
